
Adanma Chinyere Otuonye is the founder and CEO of Sparks Ventures Hub.
Her 20+ years of experience spans both public, private and development sectors. She is a Digitalisation Consultant and a Licensed Business Development Support (BDS) Provider, Business Coach and Mentor to founders (MSMEs). Since 2020, Chinyere has trained 10,000+ women on digital skills and financial literacy, and has assisted 100+ businesses access USD 5M in grants and loans. She assists micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) digitise their processes and automate their operations.

Since 2013, Chinyere has worked with impact industries encompassing Agriculture, Technology, Healthcare, Tourism, Retail, Finance, Transport, and Hospitality. Her skill set encompasses Digitisation (Bookkeeping and Accounting, Payroll, Customer Relationship Management, Financial Planning and Analysis, Regulatory Compliance, Marketing and Sales Support, Web Design) and Automation of the business, providing business support, technical support, and building capacity of team members.
Chinyere has extensive experience with facilitation, capacity building, research, programme planning and corporate events planning and management. Her expertise encompasses Business Management, Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) as well as Gender, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (GDEI).



As an External Facilitator, she has implemented training for notable organisations including German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), Enterprise Development Centre (EDC), and Star Sapphire Training Academy.
She is a Certified Trainer on Financial Literacy and Inclusion (GIZ, 2022) in addition to having a Master of Science in Business Management (in view), A Postgraduate diploma in Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Chemistry. For her efforts, she has won seven awards.
Chinyere is an Alumni of Youths with Innovation (YouWin – 2013), Cherie Blair Foundation for women in Business (2016), Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF – 2018), Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women (2019), and Women in Africa (WIA -2022). She is also a Mentor with Cherie Blair Foundation for women (since 2016), Tony Elumelu Foundation (since 2021), Ventures for Africa (VC4A) since 2022 and Women in Africa (since 2022).
